You nailed it when you said the fear of launching to the sound of crickets. That’s it.
It’s not a war-zone, it’s like a post-apocalyptic world…. you don’t know where the people are, and when you finally find them they’re too buy looking after their own needs to care what you’re doing. That’s marketing.
I love that you don’t code. I’m a marketer/developer and in 20+ years I’ve discovered that the people who most appreciate what someone like me brings to the table is the person who started out doing it themselves.
