You missed 2 reasons.

1) Al Gore won Florida in 2000 and would have been the president, but lost the presidency with a pre-emptive surrender. Trump may think that's him. It's not. But he thinks it might be. Hence all the court cases.

2) There are more than a half dozen lawsuits waiting for him when he's not POTUS. If he can figure out how to stay in office, he won't have to deal with them for another 4 years.
