You are absolutely right, James. They want us to live in 1950s America again, where gay people are shoved in the closet and women in the kitchen. They have a perceived idea of pecking order and they don’t care about mental health, much less equality.

I recently read about a child (child!) who was denied an abortion because they said she was not old enough to understand the repercussions of the procedure. But somehow she is old enough to have a child? Wtf.
