Yes, I agree that the term is being butchered. For that matter, I wish they’d chosen a term that didn’t include the word “masculinity” because it’s just feeding animosities that don’t need more fuel. I understand why that term was chosen, because a lot of men DO have a very messed up idea of what it means to be a man. But that said, we can’t actually put out a fire by throwing grease on it. Thanks for an actual civil conversation. :)
