Yay, you! I’m glad it’s helping your hip. I should be doing yoga, too. But I walk and row and trampoline and bike (not all at once, of course. lol) But I love corpse pose as a morning relaxation. I wake up like the living dead (zombie walk and all) so it fits. hahah.
