Wow. That’s amazing. Years ago I talked to a very old woman who’d had tickets for the Titanic. At the last minute she got cold feet and refused to board. Her husband was so angry with her. Not for long, needless to say. Later, they came to Canada. She said she went through the rest of her life feeling just absolutely blessed.
