Well, in parts of Canada, the rape and domestic violence rates are higher. Russian soldiers are raping Ukrainian women and children as young as toddlers and calling it an act of war. And in some developing countries, the rape and violence rates are over 50%. It makes me think it's one of two options. There's something wrong with men, or there's something wrong with patriarchy. Some people can't see the difference between those, but they are very different.
