We live in a world where people are used to being told what to do. It starts in first grade and continues into the workplace.

I’m sure years in the force gave you tons of experience with chain of command.

I suspect a lot of people who BUY get rich quick crap and read success tips aren’t afraid to do the work. They just want someone to tell them what to do. It’s what they’re used to.

Real problem is that being an entrepreneur and having clear actionable directions don’t go together well. I’ve coached people in business for 2 decades and no 2 success stories ever look the same.
