Viktor Frankl said that what separates one man from another is not race, creed or color, but capacity for evil. After surviving Auschwitz, he concluded that roughly half of people are good.
Edmond Burke said “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
But what can I do, the average person asks?
I am only one person.
You can vote. That’s what you can do. Vote.
Not for the person who hates the same people you do. Not for the rich man to save you.
Vote for the person who cares about the rights of the least of us. Because what we do to the least of us is what eventually befalls all of us.
