Trump “did that” only in that he signed the papers. Trouble is, he was not aware that he signed an Executive Order placing Steve Bannon on the National Security Council.
He’s kind of mad at Bannon about that, but only because it’s making him look bad in the media.
Which makes me think Trump is a pompous bumbler who’s in over his head. Bannon, however, just might be a villain.
