This is super depressing because it will never happen. It's like holding out candy to a child and then pulling it away when they want it. The people who create legislation aren't interested and we do not live in a democracy. Who can we vote for to make this happen? No one. Greed rules and the people with the power to legislate change are part of the millionaire's club.
