There’s a lot of hate in social media and we tend to see that which pushes our buttons. There’s probably as much pointed both ways. Women hating men. Men hating women.

The danger in lumping people is that we use too wide a paintbrush. We can’t lump all women together. Or all men together. Or even all feminists. For example, I am a feminist and I dispel those impressions whenever I see them. I don’t think misandry is a myth, harmless or justified.
