The entire ad makes it clear they are looking for a young woman. It's subtle, but clear. To me, that felt kind of creepy. Might have been less creepy if they said something about the landlords other than there's two of them. I'd almost want to go see if they look as creepy as the "pretty little head" thing felt. Call me cynical. Once burned, twice shy.
