That is awesome — thank you for throwing some stats on the table. Nepotism is real and people who pretend it it’s aren’t doing anyone any favors. Makes me wonder if they are delusional or uneducated or both. I work in tech and I know (too well) that I earn less than the white men in suits who couldn’t do my job if their lives depended on it.
