Thanks, Akarsh. I have not read Invisible Woman, but I’ll check it out. I do wonder, though, if it’s that men are “unencumbered” so much as that for centuries, women were free labor, and believed to be less intelligent. Truth is that for most of history, rich men had slaves or servants and poor men had wives. lol. Which is kind of why home is the last frontier. I’ll check out your article. :)
