Thank you!! Indeed. When Rosa Parks refused to get up, that was anger and restraint. When Martin Luther King wrote his speech, that was anger and restraint. People confuse anger with abusive behavior. They are not the same. So when they say you don’t need to be “angry” what they’re saying is you don’t need to be a foul mouthed abusive jerk. Anger with restraint gets things done. Anger without restraint sprays fuel on the fire.
