Success tips are like the Roger Bannister story — they allow us to see possibility but fwiw, I think we need more diverse voices in the genre.

We live in a world where people often don’t see the white/male bias they benefit from.

I agree, it’s important to recognize inequality without becoming a victim of it. I’ve sat at a board room table with 13 white men and 1 other woman. Went from that to being a woman in tech.

The Wordstream article is a good example — women get better results, but lower ranking. Same applies to POC. And that kind of stuff only begins to change when we shine a light on it. :)
