Sometimes “busy” is a good thing. For a lot of women, it often means they are parenting children, caring for aging parents and running a business (or working a job) — at the same time.

When all of those things are priorities and you’re not willing to hand off the kids or the parents to someone else, and not willing to throw in the towel on your dreams, it results in busy.

There’s a big difference between “true” busy that comes from a hyper focus on what’s really important and the fake “busy” that some many people use as an excuse because “no” is hard for them.
