So true. The key is that most people figure out what they want to say instead of what their audience wants to read. I like to point out that while most “newsletters” have abysmally low open rates, when a friend emails us the open rate is always 100%. People think of email as a means of communication and companies (and individuals) who don’t realize that get ignored or turfed.
