Right? It feels like trying to fill in holes while other people keep digging them. Problem is, few people change unless it’s mandated. Before seat belts were mandatory by law, very few wore them. Once they were mandated, everyone who didn’t want a fine wore them. The same will apply with everything that affects climate change.
