One growth hacking magician can bring a lot of new customers — but it takes the rest of the team to keep those customers.

Churn rates are abysmal for a lot of online businesses. Retention is often where they fall apart.

For the record, I view growth hacking as a laser focus on one specific area of growth.

Lots of people look for shortcuts and hacks everywhere. Those same people see everything as a potential shortcut. Doesn’t mean they’re right, of course, but it tells you something about how they view the world.
