No, no, no. This is where you turned the wrong corner. Up to this point, you were doing great. Heal and forget are not the same.

My grandfather had family who perished in the holocaust. He had to heal. Do you think he forgot? No. Never.

Ask a woman who leaves an abusive marriage. She has to heal. Do you think that means she forgot? No. Never.

Biden knows the difference, too. His first wife and a child were killed in a horrific accident. He had to heal. Do you think he forgot them? No. Never.

America would "prosecute" Trump the same way they impeached him. The same way they prosecute abusers and rapists. Which is to say he would get a little slap on the hand and his followers would amp up even more.

America needs to heal. That does not mean forgetting.
