Me, too, Iselin. It was a hard lesson. Since a publication is just a collection of people, the best way to reach out is to go to their “about” page. There should be a list of editors and writers there. Just put /about after the publication url. Then you can usually private message one of the editors from the about page. Some publications have contact info on the about page, too. Hope that helps!
