Man, this stuff is so hard wired into us. Validation. Justification. You’re right. Not needed. Writers do this all the time. Start out justifying and explaining why they are qualified to have an opinion. No need for that. Unless you’re a surgeon. Then I just want to be sure before I count backwards from 10. But for writing or speaking? Not so much.
