Makes you think about organ donation, doesn't it? When the heart stops and doctors quickly harvest organs for donation, is the brain aware? I like to imagine doctors talking to the newly deceased and telling them their organs will save someone else's life. I like the poignancy of it. More likely, they're talking about something banal and not related to the dead person. lol
