Last sentence - it really does. One of the things I've learned is that a lot of writers don't read submission guides and the biggest problem literary journals have is submissions that don't meet guidelines.

For those people, a place like Medium or Vocal is a better option. But for people who are interested in real literary recognition, your list is a killer resource.
