Same lesson we use with 5 year olds who are scared of monsters in the closet. Turn on the light and the monsters disappear. So we talk. Loudly and frequently and we don’t stop until we are heard.

Because here’s the thing. As the saying goes, sh*t rolls down hill in every organization and the bigger it is, the more it happens — but change doesn’t work that way. Change starts at the bottom. With voices joined together, loud and clear, until they can’t help but hear.
