Joe, kudos to you for writing this. Lord knows, we need more male voices talking about this shit. That said, also want to point out that women are not a monolith. There are some women who eat this shit up like it's Belgian chocolate. There are women who don't know any better and get hurt real bad. And then there's the ones who run at the first whiff of Axe.

And on the male side? There are definitely dudes who put this shit on like a woman wears lipstick. But some guys? It's not an act. That's really who they are. Terrifying, I know. Also true. Ask any woman. Most of us have met at least one of those. Maybe more. That's the glory of being human -- we are not cut from a mold. Vive la différence.
