It’s rather disappointing to know trying to cancel was so difficult. It should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. Far too many companies don’t seem to understand that you don’t keep customers/members by holding their Visa hostage. But I’ll stop there, lest I get into the discussion of calling customers “users” which is a term no one but a programmer should use, and most certainly not management or CSRs. Gah! Not sure why some of this stuff is so difficult for some people.
