It’s mostly men who say things like this. I understand the sentiment, that our beliefs affect our actions and our actions affect our outcomes. I understand (and agree) that our thinking affects us.

But at the same time, did you know 2% of CEO’s are women? Or that women still earn less than men for the same job?

For women, our reality is often not a reflection of what WE believe we deserve, at all. It’s a reflection of what the men in positions of power believe we deserve.
