It sometimes does, and I’ve experienced a good amount of that, too. People who first visit on a day when they’re wearing their grumpy pants for some reason — but eventually it turns around and goes down a good path.

I’ve found when someone starts off the conversation by calling me names or hurling more insults than any one person ought to — that one’s not likely ever going to turn around. Thank heavens for the block feature in those cases. :)
