It makes sense that a strong writer will get boosted whenever they write something that meets the criteria, for sure. It's a struggle to find the new voices that are strong, that's for sure.

I am a nominator and I've boosted new writers who have a strong voice when I find them. Finding is the tricky part. Medium gets about 10K posts a day and it's a bit like finding a needle in a haystack.
