It does, and we need more outcasts like you. Maximization of shareholder value too often leads to a slippery slope that goes downward fast. Let’s pay the CSRs less. Let’s cut staff. And, can we make this cheaper? And as much as they think those things will lead to more shareholder profit, it seldom does.
