It depends how we define busy though, don't you think? And also what we're busy doing?

My calendar is always full. First I block off work. Then I mark off time for a nature outing every week. And a walk every day. And time to write.

So when people ask me to do boring stuff I'd rather not do, I tell them I'm busy. My calendar is full. And it is full -- full of stuff I want to do.

I think it makes sense to look at not how full the calendar is, but how much of it fills us up vs. how much of it drains us dry.
