It begs a question though. What *is* bad faith behavior. I think that needs to be defined and clearly. The people who run follow-for-follow publications think they’re “helping” new writers. But what about the people that sell Medium guides? They say they’re helping new writers, too. But are they? Essentially, they get their followers by saying “I can help you make money here” Is that bad faith behavior? It makes me think there needs to be some clear guidelines on what constitutes bad faith behavior in the first place.
