In a world where 795 million people are starving and do not have enough food to live a healthy life, I find this horribly sad. One in 7 people in the world are starving and 1 in 9 live with persistent food poverty.

What have we come to when doctors in westernized countries need “sufficient evidence” to tell people not to shovel food into their mouths every moment they are awake. Has all sense and logic gone out the window?

Granted, the food industry is to blame to some degree. Many food additives are addictive and make us hungry. All the better to buy more, eat more. The bottom line and all. But still — seems to me we’ve truly lost our way.
