I will assume that's sarcasm, but I'll reply anyway. Imagine the scenario in real life. Pretend there's a rape support group and in the group, 10 women are talking about having been raped. Would there be any reason for men to run into the room and yell "not all men" and run back out? How silly that sounds, right? Same thing. Men don't need to inject themselves into the conversation in the first place. If they aren't a rapist, no one is talking about them. Be supportive, or be silent. Those aren't hard options.
