I think the truth should matter. If women were assaulting and murdering men at the rape men rape and murder women, laws would change so fast it would make our heads spin. So while it might “matter” to a few people, I’m not sure it matters collectively as a culture and society. If it did, something would change. But it never does. Hope that makes sense.
