I suspect they are more attached to what they believe than what if.

I read that a full half of people who carry the virus will never show symptoms or get sick. They'll just pass it on. Murderers, really, even though they don't know it or believe it.

Some else's mother or child will die because that virus carrying person didn't "believe" they needed a mask. All because their ego was bigger than their heart.
