I have heard of similar practices. A little eerie, but sort of fascinating, too. We have such attachment to ego. We imagine that the things we are doing are so terribly important and we hurry, hurry, hurry to get the very important things done. But one day, I will be gone and all of life will continue, just without me in it. Sometimes thinking about that gives me a perspective on life that I like better than the busy, busy, busy one.
