I half suspect this is rhetorical, but I'm going to vent anyway. Because the same is happening up here in Canada. People are uneducated and they don't care. They blame "the rich" and they blame "capitalism" because they couldn't be bothered to learn better.

There is a small handful of people, mostly men, who make the laws for the country. Those laws say they don't need to pay better, and they don't need to pay taxes. Those laws are made for the benefit of the millionaires that fund their political campaigns.

Change the laws, and it all changes. That will never happen by screaming at millionaires to do things differently or pay more taxes. That needs to be legislated. Legislators are elected by vote, for the most part. Voters understand none of that, for the most part. Until they do, nothing will change.
