I don’t know but they would have to do every child born, because lots of babies that aren’t visibly intersex turn out to have internal organs that don’t match the peek check. It makes me wonder if we need to adopt a more “wait and see” approach. I have no answers, of course, but I think what we’re doing is causing pain to far too many. You know?
