I don't buy the moral code thing they spout. They're talking about how their "freedom" means they don't have to put a piece of cloth on their body? Then they should take all the cloth off their body and strut around nekkid as a jaybird. Otherwise, it's nonsense. They have already accepted being told to cover up. Ain't about that.
