I disagree. Those are excellent traits. Truly excellent and well defined. But they could be applied to women, too. So perhaps they are just the earmarks of a decent human being? Maybe masculinity and femininity are social constructs we could stand to dispense with and stop trying to pigeon hole people by their genitals?
