I am okay with an extremely broad definition. I’ll take Amnesty Org’s numbers over pubmed until doctors stop saying “shh, don’t tell” and start saying “it’s normal, it’s okay.” Know what I mean? I’d rather cast the net wide and not risk losing people than cast it too narrow.
