Hi Mahesh. I agree that children are naturally curious. Adults usually do not take too long to try squash that curiosity. Sometimes intentionally by saying things like don't ask so many questions. Other times, they squash curiosity by being dismissive.

I believe the real meaning behind that quote is a reminder that curiosity is a blessing. Not just for children, but for adults, too. Most failure and frustration comes from being too attached to beliefs and not open enough to curiosities.
