Hi Jennifer — welcome to Medium! Funny thing, I read that book years ago. The one thing that always drove me nuts is that he was very clear about “a minimum of…” as in — don’t look for results too fast.

But then the self-help gurus jumped all over it and forgot the “minimum of” part and said it takes 21 days.

Have you read any of the work by B.J Fogg on habit forming? I love his concept of micro change and attaching new habits to old ones.
