Hi Jamie. Oh my gosh, may I please recommend Katy Bowman’s book Dynamic Aging. I’ve met her in person and she’s amazing, and also funny. In the dynamic aging book, she worked with several women over age 75 and took them back in time 10+ years physically speaking. Better mobility, etc. I’ve already pre-ordered mine. I also have Whole Body Barefoot, and it’s great, too. Just got Move Your DNA, too, but I haven’t read it yet.
