Hi Jack… let me be the asshat to point out the group I think you missed. There’s a whole lot of people who claim to “believe” but the “practicing” seems to escape them.

These are the folk to whom I like to point out that sitting in a church once a week does not make them a Christian (or whatever) any more than sitting in my garage makes me an automobile.

It would be easy enough to lump them into the first group — at least until you ask where they stand with regard to standing inside or outside the myth.

In that regard, it would seem to me that they are neither inside nor outside the myth, but contemplating the myth and how it might be used to their advantage.

Sorry that was so long. Just musing out loud. The lashings may ensue now. lol. :)
