Hey Buster -- thanks for this info. I have 3 publications and what I'm seeing is that as soon as a story gets boosted, it gets an insane amount of non-member views. It's great to see a writer get boosted and get a crap ton of views. But sucks to look at stats and realize most are non member views the writer isn't getting paid for.
What's up with the high non-member views? Is Medium pushing boosted posts to non-members to try increase signups? It would make sense that top quality pieces would bring in members more than unboosted posts might, but it feels like the ratio of nonmember views is pretty high for some of my writers. Any thoughts on that?
